Our first proposal is about the transportation.

In Japan, the train is not in service at midnight time. So the people who want to go home at midnight, they were pressed to use the cab.

Do you know the discharge of CO₂ ? When we carry 1kg in 1km by car, the discharge of CO₂ will be 172.9g. But the train, the discharge of CO₂ will be 18.7g.

The difference between the car and the train is about 9 times.

How about try to service the train in all day? It has some problems to operate that. The problem about the workers personal cost is for example.When we service at midnight, we need the driver who control the train and the person in charge of the station, and mechanics.It isn’t easy to solve these problems.

But now, the EARTH stands on the crisis. We must care about the environment of the Earth rather than our own profit.We have to do some thing, which we can do.

Depending on a way of thinking, when we use the train at midnight, we don’t have to pay too expensive cab’s rate! We can use our commuter pass!

Our second proposal is about the money.

We suggest introduction of the ecotax in particular.

Now days, each country wrestles with environmental measures, based on "Kyoto Protocol" determined in 1997. However, the protocol has a problem. The U.S. doesn’t participate to this protocol, and a reduction standard of CO was made in 1990, so it is not correct in the times.

So development of "Post-Kyoto" is hurried now.

How about add the article, that the countries must pay the ecotax in particular to the “Post-Kyoto”? It’s the way to keep the money for the environmental measures. The country that approved an article must pay the tax based on a standard line. The standard line will set by a CO business price level. The country will pay the tax as much as they drained it. This brings each country's fairness.

If we assume CO ’ s price as 1 ton as 1 dollar, the U.S. must pay 58 hundred million dollar, and Japan, we must pay 15 hundred million dollar!

We were convinced if we make full use of these a large amount of expense, climate change and global warming would be stopped.
